Six Keys to Changing Almost Anything – Tony Schwartz – Harvard Business Review

I believe that change is continuous and moving baseline. In other words, everyday we need to keep looking for things to change (surely a lot of them, but are we doing anything about it???) and keep achieving even a simple thing like, mowing your lawn or just a phone call to some key customers and say hi. seriously.

The following ideas by Tony Schwartz are nothing new but certainly can remind us how to make the change that last. Of course the degree and amount of efforts are depending on your change goals and objectives. For example for personal change the effort can be smaller than changing your organization. But hey, the principles are the same. Just like you play golf, whichever green you go you still have to know how to put and swing it right? have fun changing!
