As a manager, being productive is the key thing to deliver timely results. You can be a CEO, COO, CFO, GM, MD, and so on but if you fail to deliver timely results, if you only keep delivering yesterday’s result today, then you are not being productive..enough.
I always practise writing down the Daily Things To Do List (DTTDL) on Post It note and paste it on my laptop. Sometimes, I have at least 3-4 notes and it gets crazier when i also note down in my iPhone. Do you experience the same? I know I am not alone. This article below is very brief, but good reminder and refresher that’s always busy to deliver results. I like to relate this article to a waiter that I once was. It is like during the busy dinner period and while you passing by your guest’s table, she asked, “Can I have another bottle of San Pelligrino please?”
